How do our restocks work?

We restock the website on a Tusday and Friday @ 7pm. Everything is then baked fresh ready to be dispatched on a Friday and Tuesday respectively. 

Create a slabs can be ordered at any time and these will be baked with each restock unless you  need them for a specific date. If so, please contact us via social media to discuss. 

Shipping 

We have 2 different shipping options. 

Royal Mail 2nd Class - This is an untracked service and should arrive within 48 hours but can take up to 5 working days.  

UPS - This is a next day delivery service and is fully tracked. 

We are not responsible for your product arriving after a desired date. Due to the current climate, the postal service is experiencing delays so please allow plenty of time before ordering. 

Local Deliveries/Collections
If you live in Swindon you can select the option to have your flapjacks delivered locally for £3.  Deliveries are on a Tuesday and a Friday usually between 1-4pm. 
Local collections are available on a Tuesday and Friday between 4 and 6pm. The collection address is 4 Lamora Close, Middlelease, SN5 5TJ. Please wear a mask. 


Refunds

As our flapjacks are a perishable item, we cannot accept a return or issue a refund. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your product by emailing hello@friarjacks.co.uk
