Autumn isn't Autumn without pumpkin spice and carrot cake so we had to create the perfect flapjack accompaniment. 

Carrot cake meets pumpkin spice. This flapjack is studded with all those warming Autumn spices, walnut chunks, carrot and sultanas, with a deliciously tangy white chocolate filling and topped with chopped walnuts and a cream cheese icing drizzle. Perfect with a warming cuppa.

Soft and gooey and was inhaled in seconds.
If you love carrot cake you’ll love this!
My only regret is that I shared this with my boyfriend and I wanted the whole thing to myself! Will be ordering more ASAP
