A shockingly thick layer of mince pies, swirled mincemeat and a white chocolate cream filling topped with mincemeat swirled white chocolate. This is perfect microwaved for 15 seconds and enjoyed with a scoop of ice cream.

Mince pies and flapjacks are my two favourite things and this combination does not disappoint! These huge flapjacks are full of festive flavour and the chunks of mince pie in the middle are just fabulous. So delicious and I can't wait to put my next order in.

I keep thinking that Friarjacks will reach a stage where they can't beat their personal best in creating exciting new flavours, but I'm glad to say that hasn't happened yet!
Who would have thought that actual pieces of mince pie would work so well with flapjack and white chocolate! The combination of textures and flavours is incredible, my new current favourite!
